Birmingham Green’s Northern Virginia Health Care Commission provides compassionate skilled nursing services for individuals requiring extended care, as well as skilled rehabilitation services like physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy for short-stay patients.
Northern Virginia Health Care Commission Facilities
Located at the center of our 54-acre campus, the Northern Virginia Health Care Commission at Birmingham Green supports up to 180 residents who live in one of our three 60-bed neighborhoods. Dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid, our Northern Virginia Health Care Commission offers a variety of skilled nursing services for both short-stay rehabilitation patients as well as long-term senior health services for those individuals requiring extended care and compassion.
We also have a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood for residents requiring memory care, which includes a secure, monitored courtyard so residents may safely enjoy the outdoors.
