We are excited to resume our quarterly Family Days across campus at Birmingham Green on Saturday, May 7, 2022, to celebrate Mother’s Day. All families are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Schedule your visit! Once on the scheduling site, select Mother’s Day at the Nursing Home, Mother’s Day at The District Home Assisted Living, or Mother’s Day at Willow Oaks Assisted Living. After selecting May 7th , you will have the option to select an ‘Indoor’ or ‘Outdoor’ family visit. Representatives from our rehabilitation provider, Select Rehabilitation, will be on-site and available to provide demonstrations of VSTBalance, Birmingham Green’s automated fall-risk assessment tool that pairs artificial intelligence with machine vision to objectively identify deficits in balance, gait, and function – the three leading indicators of a fall-risk.
