Monday, July 14, 2025 – Public Notice: Planned Power Outage

Birmingham Green will experience a planned power outage from 8-10 AM (approx. 30 mins), followed by generator use for 4-5 hours as part of our Nursing Home generator installation project. A second 30-minute outage will occur later that day.

Please note during backup generator operation:

• Brief disruptions in network/Wi-Fi services may occur during transition periods.
• Only critical systems (emergency lighting, HVAC, Life safety equipment, and kitchen equipment) will have power.
• Non-essential equipment (computers, printers, microwaves, non-critical lighting, and office appliances) should be powered off beforehand.
• Elevator use should be limited to emergencies only.
• Please charge necessary devices (phones, laptops, tablets) in advance.
