
Manassas, VA (December 9, 2025) – Birmingham Green, the leading long-term community in Northern Virginia, today announced the appointment of Adriane Oliver as Chief Resident Services Officer (CRSO).
Oliver’s hiring is a pivotal moment for Birmingham Green’s mission to provide resident-centered care and a warm, supportive environment. Her experience is unparalleled, with over 30 years of clinical and operational leadership across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings, including senior living, acute care hospitals, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, and rehabilitation services.
Additionally, as a seasoned healthcare executive, Oliver has also taught Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Clinical Medical Assistants (CMAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). She is also a Registered Nurse with a compact license, as well as licensure in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator in several states, including Virginia. Academically, Adriane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Averett University, along with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Marymount University.
